7. Price of all the product which are listed on the website, will be sold at MRP other-than specified. We always intend it to be true and correct. The price of the product may change time to time. Price of many of the product do not fluctuate on daily basis other-than few products like fresh vegetables, fruit, fish, meat, bread and all the fresh foods. The fluctuation of the price may happen according to market condition and price provided by the third party. The ordered price or the price mentioned on the bill shall be the price charged at the time of delivery. However, the price of some product may be incorrect because of technical issue, typographical error, wrong information about product, wrong price provided by the third party to the company. In such cases company has reserve right to cancel the order without any further liability.

If any order placed before the termination of discount, offer, coupon, voucher will get the offer. If any discount, offer, coupon, voucher granted by mistake or technical fault, miss-information, wrong information then the company has reserve right to cancel the order at any time. If customer place an order and the product suddenly unavailable from the market or sold at much higher price on the market in that case the company reserve the right to cancel the order.
9. Most of the products/items listed on the website are provided, sold by the third party. We always try to monitor products/items provided and sold by the third party. If anything goes wrong about the product/item, for the product/item, by the product/item we will not be responsible at any cost. We will always try to solve the problem but we are not bound to. You cannot claim for any kind of damage, loss, replacement, Refund. If the product has the refund and replacement option we will definitely deliver it.
10. We have tried to display the best possible color and the accurate image of all the products appear on the website. But the color and image appearance may differ because of screen and display. In that case we cannot do anything.
11. We delivers the products according to time slot. The delivery may get delayed due to unavailable circumstances or any specific reason. In that case we will not be liable. Customers are liable to collect the orders from doorstep. Delivery person do not have permeation to get into your home/house. They can only go upto the main gate and enter inside your premises with your permeation. If they go inside your home/house without your permeation you have full right to stop the person and feel free to contact us.
12. You can pay the billed amount through online transaction, wallet, cash on delivery, pay on delivery, UPI. We do not accept cheque, demand draft. If you pay by your credit card you have to pay some extra charges on the billed amount. Fake or duplicate currencies are prohibited and illegal.
13. You can cancel your order at any time and up-to a certain time period. After the given time mentioned you cannot cancel your order. If you refuse to accept your order you will not get your money refund. If you choose cash on delivery you must pay the billed amount and delivery charge also. You can cancel your order by calling our customer service or you can also cancel order online. In such cases we will refund your amount in our wallet if you already made the payment for the order. If we found any fraud by customer or breach of terms and condition, we will cancel the order and we will deny access of the customer and also we will cancel the registration of the customer. We will black list the customer as-well.
14. We have no question asked return policy. Please go through our Return Policy page for more information. We refund and return product if we found that valid reason for return and return. If you sign-up with and open an account, you agree with our Return Policy.
15. You cannot use or access the website for the following purpose. In such cases customer has right to return or exchange the product. If customer receive expired products that would be absolutely unintentional and customer has the full right to return the product and ask for refund of only that product price only in case of prepaid of that product amount but customer can not file any cases or move to court in such cases.
