Return, Refund, replacement, cancellation policy

1. By using and/or initiating a request for purchase of Products on the, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy without modification. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not to use any service provided by Please note that, we may change the terms of the Policy that govern your terms of cancellation,refund,return of an order for Products bought on time to time. Every time you wish to use, please check the Policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time.

2 .We have a very easy and no question asked return, refund and replacement policy. Please check products which are fall-under returnable or refundable and non-returnable carefully.

3. You can cancel the order before dispatch of products. The order cannot be cancelled after dispatch initiated.

4. We believe in Open box delivery system. Customer must check all the products before our delivery executive leave. If the product is defective or damaged or wrong, you has full right to return that product. In such cases we may request you to send us the picture of the defective product received on . our executive will visit to access the defective, wrong or damaged product. We are liable to change or replace that defective or damaged or wrong product. We will not accept the return or refund request if you placed an order of incorrect product, color, model, size, quantity etc.

5. After we received the cancelation request , your order will be cancelled with the immediate effect and the refund process will be initiated within 24 hours of cancelation confirmation only if you prepaid the billed amount. Refund amount will be credited only on bank account and if you adjusted the billed amount with wallet coin then adjusted amount will be given back in your wallet in the form of coins only. The refund amount will be credited to your bank account within 20 working days until unless bank or financial institute take a long time to process the amounted requested. If in case refund does not take place by the date advised, please contact us. We do not make any cash refunds.

6. If customer approve the product during the delivery time that the product has no issue that means product is appropriate. Then the order will fall under no return and no refund policy. Exception are there in few products. The product which cannot be judge by looking at it or physically examine it, will not fall under that condition. In that case if we receive any complaints from our customer within a certain time period (1-5 working days(time period depends on product category)) about purchased product, our experts will examine it and if they found any fault or defect in the product then customer will be eligible for return or replacement.
7. If customer return product at the time of delivery or refuse to accept the ordered products for no valid reason then customer will not be eligible for any kind of refund. In case of ‘Cash on Delivery’ or ‘prepaid’, delivery charges will apply max rs.100 (if delivery charges are free on invoice then also).

8. You can return the damaged, defective, wrong, missing parts returnable products within the 5 days. Condition, the product must be in its original form/condition. Non-returnable products are not returnable due to hygiene, personal care, wellness, consumable nature of the product. Products which are non-returnable can be returned only if wrong product delivered or product quality, freshness or physical condition is not correct only at the time of door step delivery and our delivery executive leave, after that return request will not be excepted.

9. Customer have to return back the ordered product in its original condition at the time of delivery to get the new product as replacement or refund.
